Many of the following folks, holding non-partisan offices, have used their names and official titles to endorse partisan candidates. This is a form of cabal utilizing a system of quid-pro-quo activities to circumvent their responsibilities to their constituents. I recommend their removal from office. Furthermore, associations (i.e. police, fire, etc.) also endorse candidates without the permission of their memberships. This implicates those members as being complicit. Also, endorsements should come with reasons, like "I am endorsing Ose because he is my brother, etc.) (Also, Ose's flyer used two sheets of paper where one two-sided sheet would have sufficed. Does Ose have a government waste habit or what?) Data is from Ose's own flyer dated 4/13/2008.

Protest by recall or replacement with responsible representative and discontinue support of their political activities. Remember that some of these folks are ripping you off by taking time away from the jobs you paid them to do:

  • Auburn City Council: Bob Snyder, Mike Holmes and Bridget Powers
  • Lincoln Mayor Primo Santini, Council Members: Tom Cosgrove, Kent Nakata, Spencer Short
  • Loomis mayor Russ Kelley, Council member Thomas Millward
  • Placer County Supervisors Rocky Rockholm, Robert Weygandt, Jim Holmes, Kirk Uhler and Bruce Kranz (all love their emminent domain)
  • Placer County Sheriff Ed Bonner
  • Placer County DA Brad Fenocchio
  • Placer County Assessor Bruce Dear
  • Placer County Treasurer-Tax Collector Jenine Windeshausen
  • Placer County Water Agency Directors Gray Allen, Mike Lee, Alex Ferreira
  • Placer County Congress of Republicans, Chairman Gerald Brentnall
  • Rocklin Mayor Bret Storey, VIce Mayor Peter Hill, Council Members: Kathy Lund, Scott Yuill, George Magnuson
  • Roseville Mayor Jim Gray
  • Roseville City Councilmembers: John Allard, Carol Garcia, Richard Roccucci
  • Roseville City School District: President Susan Goto, member Stanford Hirata

Protest by not joining the following:

  • Butte County Farm Bureau (What does this have to do with Placer County?)
  • California Alliance to Protect Private Property Rights (this one cracks me up since McClintock is the primary anti-eminent domain fighter)
  • California Farm Bureau Federation (this one cracks me up since Ose IS a developer)
  • California Narcotics Officers Association (Does this group use narcotics?)
  • Crime Victims Association (Why? Where is the reason they are endorsing Ose?)
  • National Narcotic Officers' Associations' Coalition President Ronald Brooks
  • North State Building Industry Association PAC (campaign contribution organization)
  • Republicans of River City (What do Sacramento Republicans have to do with Placer County?)
  • Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce PAC (campaign contribution organization)
  • Western Growers Association (this one cracks me up since McClintock is the primary anti-eminent domain fighter)

The following are also part of the cabal, but are past and present partisan candidates using your tax money (if they are on the clock) to promote Ose.

  • Auburn: Former Mayor: Cheryl Maki
  • CA Former governors: George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson
  • CA Congressmen (no women?): Dan Lungren, Wally Herger, Brian Bilbray, Ken Calvert, David Dreier, Duncan Hunter, Darrell Issa, Jerry Lewis, Buck McKeon, Gary Miller and George Radanovich.
  • CA Senator: Dave Cox
  • CA State Assembly: Roger Niello, Doug Malfa
  • CA Former State Senate Republican Leader Jim Nielsen
  • KFBK Talk Show Host Tom Sullivan (should have stuck to selling securities to folks that know nothing about them.)
  • National Tax Limitation Committee President Lew Uhler (too old to think anymore as Ose is not the tax fighter he says he is. He is a big spender.)
  • Non-CA Congressmen (no women?): Dan Burton, Chris Cannon, Chairman Western Caucus, Greg Walden
  • Rocklin City Fire Chief (Retired) Timothy Mrozinski (works at the pleasure of the Rocklin City Council)
  • Roseville Retired Council: Pauline Roccucci, Mel Hamel and June Wanish
  • Roseville Joint Union High School District Retired President: Jim Joiner
  • University of CA Regent Emeritus Ward Connerly
  • State Adjutant & Quartermaster, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Department of CA John Lowe

  • Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Chief Administrative Officer Mitch Hanna

There were also a bunch of "cabal" endorsements from Butte, El Dorado, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Plumas, Sacramento and Sierra Counties that I won't even bother to mention. They simply show that they can be part of other counties' problems, too. If I left you out, I'm sorry about that. - Michael Patrick Murphy, Registered Decline to State Patriot
